Industrial Servo Hydraulics Incorporated has been a full service solution provider to the Test & Simulation Industry for over 35 years. We have repaired and provided new product solutions to a broad assortment of Servo Hydraulic applications.

The test applications we provide service and product solutions for come from the automotive sector such as: NVH/Squeak & Rattle, Component Life Testing, Vehicle/System Simulation, and Hydraulic Pulsator Simulation (PISTONS) just some of many that have required our hydraulic repair capabilities. We service a broad gambit of items from the aforementioned applications. They are Electro-Hydraulic Servovalves, Linear/Fatigue Rated Actuators, Rotary Actuators, Hydraulic Service Manifolds, and Fixed as well as Variable Displacement Pumps. Test And Simulation Companies we deal with are not limited to just the automotive market. Other industries are Medical, Railroad Equipment and other Industries that have there own in house Test Labs. All of these items are serviced in house at our facility. Delivery depends on the required work scope, however, servovalves carry our standard 3-5 day turnaround.. All our repairs are shipped back with a service report outlining incoming/outgoing service findings. Every repair includes a (18) Month Workmanship Warranty.

As for new product solutions, Industrial Servo Hydraulics, private labels a line of Electro-Hydraulic Servo Valves that are the equivalent to manufacturers such as MOOG, MTS, Schenck Pegasus, Ultra / Dowty, Vickers, Parker / Dyval, Bosch and H.R. Textron. We have hundreds of these valves being used successfully in many automotive type test applications. We have also created “Referral Alliances” with companies that provide the following range of product/services: OEM’s of Test System Based Components, System Engineers, and Trouble-Shooting Service Providers.
